Contents Of Semolina Dhokla
- 1 cup semolina/sooji/suji
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp green chili paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp fruit salt or baking soda
For tempering:
- Rye
- 4-5 curry leaves
- Green chili cut in 2-3 lengths
- 1 tablespoon oil
- green coriander
- Coconut
Instructions For Suji/semolina dhokla
- Take semolina in a bowl, add the paste of ginger paste, green pepper, sugar, oil, and curd beaten.
- Spread it till it becomes smooth. Pour the water and mix it again.
- Add fruit salt and mix well and put it in a tin well and steam.
- Steam for 20 minutes. Remove the tin from the steamer and put one side.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, curry and green chilies.
- Fry it until lightening a color and add 1/4 cup water to it.
- Cut the dhokla into pieces and put the prepared spices on it.
- Garnish with coconut and green coriander.
