  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 dash sugar
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp black sesame seeds
  • ½ tbsp coconut
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • 1 fist curry leaves

  • To make this Rava Dhokla at home, first put a nonstick skillet over a light flame, grab the dry semolina or the semolina for one minute. Then remove from the flame and cool.
