kala jamun recipe

Black Jamun is like Gulab Jamun and India's most famous sweet. This is a very tasty sweet made by adding paneer, khoya, and saffron. The special thing of black jamun is that it is very soft from inside but hard from outside. The saffron is filled in the inside. Black Jamun is very festive in many states of eastern India along with Bihar, where it is definitely sold at most of the sweet shops. If you like Black Jamun, try this time instead of buying it at the sweet shop instead of buying it at home. Believe it is not difficult at all, and you too can easily make it.

black Gulab jamun preparation

  •  Step 1
Break the paneer and the lost and make a slice of it and mix both well. Using your palms, rubbing these two thoroughly so that there is no lump in them. Add flour and corn flour and knead it like flour. Keep in mind that it should be soft. Make small tablets of this. Make a small hole in between these pills and put 1 or 2 fiber of sugar and saffron in a pinch. After this, give a round table to these pills again. Repeat this process and make around 20-25 tablets.
  •  Step 2
Keep in mind that your black jamun is smooth and there is no crack on it because if it has crack marks on the surface then it may be possible to break it when you put black jamun sugar in the sugar syrup.
  •  Step 3
Boil one cup of water in a second vessel and add sugar to it and let it cook on low flame until the syrup becomes thick and not become a syrup of a wire. Now add 1 spoonful of milk. By doing so, all the silt will come up and you will be able to easily remove it. Now add cardamom powder throughout the syrup, mix well and keep aside.
  •  Step 4
Now heat oil in a bowl and fry deep frozen the prepared small puffs of oil and put it in oil. Fry it until its color becomes light brown. When all the paneer and pudding tablets are fries then remove it separately on the plate.
  •  Step 5
Now put these fried pills in sugar syrup and keep them in the syrup for about 15 to 20 minutes so that it is good to absorb the sweetness. Keep in mind that the sugar syrup is warm so that the black jamuns are soft.
  •  Step 6
Now remove black jamuns from the syrup and put them in the serving bowl. Serve with silver work, cut dry fruits and coconut powder. Black jamuns look good both hot and cold.
